the reason that best describes why your student was or will be
absent. If the student will be out more than 3 days
please request Independent Study information from office
Please see the attached flyer and link to register your child for
free, voluntary COVID-19 testing. Testing will happen during the
school day, in the event of an exposure, or at parents request.
However, students need to be registered (via the link) for
testing to happen. Registration only needs to happen once.
ASES is a FREE program that offers after school care from
dismissal time-6pm, a snack, homework help, enrichment and
physical activities, mentorship and a staff that truly cares for

Attached is the supply list for all grade levels
for the 2022-2023 school year. Please find your grade level
to know what supplies to purchase for your student. Additional
items to purchase may be shared by individual teachers on the 1st
day of school.
Sequoia Elementary is a welcoming school where all students are
